By accessing and using REVIVE IV services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Medical Services

REVIVE IV provides intravenous (IV) therapy services through certified nurses. Our services include:

  • IV Hydration
  • Immune Support
  • Hangover Recovery
  • Pain Relief

Important: All treatments require prior medical approval and are performed by qualified health professionals.

3. Eligibility and Contraindications

To receive IV treatment, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Complete a comprehensive medical form
  • Obtain prior medical approval
  • Have no medical contraindications

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we consider it unsafe or inappropriate.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings:

  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • We confirm availability before confirming the booking
  • Payment is made at the time of booking

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations up to 24 hours before: full refund
  • Cancellations between 24-12 hours before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations with less than 12 hours: no refund

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is made at the time of booking through accepted methods. All prices include VAT.

6. Liability and Limitations

REVIVE IV:

  • Ensures all treatments are performed by qualified professionals
  • Uses only approved medical products
  • Follows established medical protocols

Liability limitations:

  • We do not guarantee specific results
  • Results vary from person to person
  • We recommend consulting your doctor before any treatment

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

All medical information provided is treated with complete confidentiality, in accordance with Portuguese and European data protection laws (GDPR).

8. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after publication on the website.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
